More New

Silver Creek Samplers brings us Seeds of Freedom...a history course for the Civil War.  It is based on a poem that the designer learned as a child to help remember key dates of the war.  Plum Street Samplers new chart is Crowned Bird Sampler, stitched on a 36c fabric with silks or DMC.

Housework is for the Birds from Heartstring Samplery is close to my heart, cause I hate housework.  I'd rather do almost anything else!  She has it stitched on 28ct natural linen, which she coffee stained before stitching.  Gentle Art threads are used.  The bird is actually a cotton fabric and the wing is wool.

New from Threadwork Primitives (our Philadelphia designer) is Cottage Rose.  The pincushion is cute but I like the finish on the whisk broom.

Hurrah, from Pineberry Lane offer 2 color choices.  The one shown and the other has a blue dress and red flowers the the pinwheel over her head has different colors.

Rustic Halloween Tree from Turquoise Graphics & Designs is cute and stitched on 32ct Antique Copper and measures a mere 3x6.  Great for a small picture as shown or made into a pillow, flat or stuffed to hang from a cupboard knob.
