Thanks ever so much to the donors of the Stash and the recipients of the Treasures!

STASH TO TREASURE SALE

Our Annual STASH TO TREASURE SALE will be held Saturday May 24, 2014 so I hope you have that date circled on your calendar.  You've got to attend.  We collect cross stitch charts and supplies people no longer want and we showcase it and our shop visitors check out the STASH and find a new TREASURE to take home with a cash or check donation for St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Don't  assume the STASH is just 'junk'!  We've gotten in some very nice charts, kits and fabric this year.  Today, alone,  we've gotten in 4 boxes of charts and a lot of nice linen and some aida pieces.  We've sorted through most of the goodies that has arrived and  I know we will have a $5.00 minimum donation box full of charts with  appropriate fabric...all you need to do is add the floss.

Come check us out.  You may be surprised at what  you find.  Just remember, all donations MUST be made either by cash or check, so you might want to hit up the ATM before you come.  We do have a WAWA with a no-fee ATM about 2 miles away if you need cash.  It is located at the junction of routes 73 and 113, just south of the shop.

We will be open Saturday from 10-3.  Everything in the shop will be on sale that day with a 15% discount on all regular priced items.  Special orders will be accepted but will not receive the discount.  Frequent Buyer cards will not be punched or redeemed on Saturday.

SEE YOU SATURDAY!

PINTEREST PARTY RESCHEDULED

For all of you who wanted to attend but are busy on Sunday, we will be rescheduling the Pinterest Party.  Guess I just picked a really busy Sunday, what with graduations and everything.
Will let you know when the date will be.  Hold tight for the new day and date.  Please, keep letting me know if days and times are not good for you and what is good AND what you'd like to see in the shop.

Just Arrived are Brenda Gervais' Pariotic Poppies and Sweet Violet and her new Time for Halloween. This chart uses the Tim Holtz pocket watch to finish the 3 designs.

PATRIOTIC POPPIES & MAY EVENT

Coming soon from Brenda Gervais, With Thy Needle and Thread....aren't they so cute?  Of course, Patriotic Poppies' another patriotic one to go in my stash.  But I love Sweet Violet, she's so springy and my side yard is just full of violets this year.  Guess all that snow did some good and enabled the violets to get a good start by insulating them.  Reserve your copies.

Pro Cross Tin Ate  MUGS are all out again.  I ordered more yesterday and they should be shipping today and arrive next Wednesday.  Reserve our mug today.

FROSTY FOREST

More boxes today....Pro cross tin ate MUGS are back in stock.  I've set some aside for those of you who have ordered them and there are a few left. Let me know if you want one or just stop in for it.

Frosty Forest's Snowy Foxes has arrived as the next installation in the project from Country Cottage Needleworks.  Here's an up to date pic.  I have copies set aside for all who signed up for the piece and a few extra for those who may want to start it or just like this individual piece.  There are just 3 more pieces to go.  We also have the buttons available.

Were you driving yesterday in all that rain?  I left the shop about 4:45 pm and got detoured. Had to take route 113 home and soon as I turned on it from route 73, I got stopped in bumper to bumper traffic.  About 6:20 I crossed route 29 and the road was wide open (roughly 5 miles).  So it took me about 1 1/2 hrs to travel what should have taken me 15 minutes.  And boy, I don't remember seeing the Perkiomen's banks so flooded!  May it be a long time before we see so much rain, again.
