The Halloween Double Flips are here and ready to stitch! They look like they are going to be really cute and I can't wait to start them myself. I love Halloween and witches, but I'm having trouble deciding the fabric I want to use for this project. 32 count Dirty is recommended for the 'banner' piece and 30 count WDW Mocha is suggested for stitching them individually. But I need to pull my threads and decide on a fabric so I can start them by the end of January. If you sign up on our auto for the series of 6 charts (12 designs) you'll save 20% on your fabric purchase. Give us a call at 610-409-9373 to do this.

I have to wait to start these as I'm currently stitching a shop model from Homespun Elegance - Home is Where your Hang your Needlework.

Lizzie Kate has several new charts - a Snippet on 'texting', It's A Girl Thing for all those 'girly' shoppers out there and the start of a new series of Giggle Boxers. The first definately applies to me right now - "Did you ever stop to think & forget to start again?"

A few new charts are coming in shortly but I'm anxiously awaiting the Nashville Market held on Feb 7 & 8. Pray for good weather because I will be driving to Nashville and I don't want snow or ice on the way there or home. I should be back in the shop on Tuesday Feb 10 with New charts. The shop will be open while I'm away but if there is any questionable weather, please call first and make sure we are open.

We are HAVING A PARTY on Saturday January 31 from 10-4 and on Sunday February 1 from 11-2. I will be starting my 14th year in business this spring, so to celebrate we'll have a PARTY and everything in the shop will be 14% off. So stop in and check us out. (This takes the place of our normal SuperBowl Event this year.)

Also, since 14 is my lucky number this year, starting in February thru December, 2009, we will have some type of special on the 14th of each month - provided the 14th is a normal day of business. So keep this in mind and mark your calendars!!!

Let me hear your comments on my blog. Is there something you would like to see? Something I should include on a regular basis? I have changed the blog's appearance and I have learned to include pictures, so I'm getting 'dangerous' as a little knowledge can get you in big trouble.

Bye, for now and Keep Stitching.
