STITCHING SATURDAY/SHOP CLOSED

The shop will be closed on Saturday Oct. 12 as I will be attending a local stitch-in.  I've publicized this one before and here we go again.  Great hall, lighting is good , especially if it's sunny, and lunch is good.  What more could you ask for:  stitching (of all kinds), companionship of friends and good food.


Print out the form and send it in.  You can also pay at the door.  Don't forget a couple of bucks extra to buy raffle tickets.  See you there.

Coming soon:

Clementine could be a companion to Olga (an older pattern) that was finished in a tart pan.  She is 71x66, stitched on  36 Nantucket Brew from R&R  and uses 10 Classic Colorworks fibers.

Autumn Hill is 91x126 and is stitched on 36ct American Chestnut from R&R.  It uses 5 CC fibers and 4 from WDW.

Bless Our Land (on my stitching list)  is on 36 Wren and is 74x74 and has 6 CC, 3 WDW and 3 DMC threads.

Finally, Good Grimwood is 164x150 o 36 Stars Hollow Blend, using 12 WDW and 5 DMC colors.

NEWLY ARRIVED....

 It's hard to believe that we are in the final months of this year of 2019.  Fall is coming quickly and then the rush of days sets in and it's Thanksgiving and then Christmas.  Charts will be coming out for the holidays from Halloween to Christmas and at a quicker speed than the summer.

Here are pics of those arriving in September and the last of August.  One is an older chart that has been reissued but the rest  are new.  Check them out....maybe one of them is your next project.  (Murder of Crows from La D Da is on my to do list.)
